Coral Reefs are all around the coast in Yanyuwa and Marra country. Among the reefs are huge communities of fish and other marine life, that are important foods to Yanyuwa and Marra people. Although water snakes are not eaten by local people, they are central to many cultural stories and dreaming’s.
